Introduction


Why this Think-Tank? The simple answer is that fortunately,  I'm surrounded by  people with capabilities, qualification, education and (or) over twenty years of rich experience. As well, the collective brainpower of the Think-tank's diversities of disciplines extends from business management, Oil-Gas & Energy industries, technology and research academia models, engineering, strategic and planners and legal advisories.

I do believe strongly, that it is our obligation to incorporate our knowledge to overcome the challenges Kuwait and GCC are facing today. We know that the contribution of international consultancy  studies and positive influence by business-lobby is not the total or perfect solutions. We hope the Kuwait's Think-Tanks (KwTT) will play a vital role on providing the independent solutions to support the government and the business at the local level today, and hopefully the GCC region on the future.  let us use our screen to share the knowledge and start to make the right changes. stop waiting for the change and start though this communication to make the change yourself. We start with questions that we hope to understand the current position and then begin the journey to the future by construction the Kuwait innovation roadmap.

Having worked on digital decision technology & support, and I may say, with my modest knowledge and experiences will enable me to play the role of administrator of this Think-Tank. when we reach a critical members and working load,  our plan for the future is to establish a working team with elected board to manage the KwTT. 
Your feedback is needed, as they provide facts, research results, analysis and advice. we are non-profit, and operate independently from governments and political parties. While the primary function of the blog is to help government and organizations understand and make informed choices about issues of effecting Kuwait's future and GCC's concern.

Yes, setting up Think-Tank is a difficult task, however, the output is well worth the attempt and the effort, as well, I'm confident that with your help through the collective brainpower to KwTT, the task is achievable.

  2. Serving as an informed and independent knowledge voice in policy debates on technical subjects
  3. Identifying, articulating, and evaluating current technical policy issues, proposals and programs
    Gather, transforming ideas and emerging problems into policy issues;
  4. Providing a constructive forum for the exchange of ideas and information between key stakeholders in the policy formulation process;

Connecting people through Digital Think Tank 

the main objective of the think tank is to  seek the optimum solution through Collaboration, partnerships, and engaging with experts by  affected communities. On Today's world internet is the best and fastest media to connects people in a dynamic workflow However many of people have difficulty to use the technology effectively to improve we struggle to regularly ensure personal support to overcome the challenge.
–        Digital Think tank is the primary hub to link people with the think tank issue:o not solely:  Digital solutions is the backbone for achieving better communication, data collection, and delivery of information . We are aware that management of the technology  and operating them requires coordination, therefore the author of this site is responsible to ensure the quality of the system and workflow  

Even Though we are not responsible for the Execution of suggested solutions we should use a variety of methods to reach-out to the concen unit(S) to ensure the cleanest and the value of our solution. As well, we should have process to measure the adaptation of the solution and propose adviser from our expert's pool to be considers as observer with the concern executing unit.
